You can apply for a refund if you have paid for a journey in advance, but then choose not to enter the zone on that day. You must apply by 6 pm the day before the journey date.
We will make any refund using the same payment method that you paid the charge with. A £3 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you claim a refund but still travel into the CAZ in a non-compliant vehicle, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
